Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Sixth Element Designs ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- All products that are in stock will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Typical production / processing times are:
- Small items to complex full body parts and kits: 2–6 business weeks
Production times may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and material availability. While we always aim to be timely, we do not rush parts to meet deadlines. Quality takes priority over speed, and orders are shipped only once they have passed our quality inspection. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact us.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide.
- Domestic shipping: Ireland / EU
- International shipping: Available to most countries via courier or freight service
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
To ensure safe delivery, most parts are shipped in custom wooden crates, including smaller items such as engine covers. Packaging methods are selected based on the product to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping variants, selectable at checkout where applicable:
Free Shipping (AN Post)
Available on most items. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (UPS)
A faster delivery option available at an additional cost. Pricing and availability are shown at checkout when applicable.
Oversized & Freight Items
Large or oversized items (including full body parts and kits) may display as “Freight shipping cost TBD” at checkout.
Freight shipping costs are charged separately after purchase. Payment of the freight shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer; however, we will handle organising the freight shipment on the customer’s behalf.
These items are packaged in a palletised wooden crate and shipped via freight service accordingly.
Customer-arranged freight shipping is also available. Upon request, we will provide the pallet dimensions, weight, and pickup location once the order is ready, allowing the customer to arrange their own freight collection.
