Thank you for purchasing from Sixth Element. As all of our products are custom-manufactured to order, we maintain a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity while safeguarding the integrity of our bespoke manufacturing process. Please carefully review the following terms before making a purchase.
Returns Policy
We only accept returns under specific circumstances. Products are eligible for return if they were damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery. To initiate a return, customers must provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage or defect. This evidence is essential for us to assess the situation accurately.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, Sixth Element will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for all other scenarios that fall outside our eligibility criteria, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Replacements
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of our decision regarding a refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements will be provided at the sole discretion of Sixth Element, depending on the nature of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider. If a replacement is approved, it will be manufactured and shipped according to our production timelines, and customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom manufacturing process, products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return. All items are made to order based on the customer’s specifications, and as such, we are unable to accommodate returns for other reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must email info@sixthelementdesigns.com within 14 days of receiving their product. The email should include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage. Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
